Had held varied Command and Staff appointments during Operations and Peace time. Extensively trained officers and men in technical subject and management skills. Commanded a Brigade which had a state of the art weapon mix including Radars and Missiles on Tanks and concurrently commanded a station in union territory which amounts to administering a mini town. As an automobile engineer he has a distinguished service of 22yrs in the Army which includes an extensive training cycle in the erstwhile USSR. In uniform he had the unique experience of managing a sizeable manpower, multifarious resources and extensive funds under extreme war like conditions for sustained periods of time. This exposure has shaped him to be an ideal faculty for imparting management skills.. After hanging his spurs he acquired NLP, Counselling & MS in Applied Psychology. Having worked both in India and the west, and having held and discharged successfully, varied managerial responsibilities in the world of business, he will be able to assist trainees in their quest for excellence in the modern workforce. He holds qualification in Six Sigma and has been involved in training workers, Managers and colleagues in challenging and fast changing business environments.
